Cally Yang is an Amsterdam based performance trainer who works with athletes of all levels of fitness. Analyzing sports and athlete movement behavior, Cally writes strength and conditioning programs that contribute to the fitness of athletes.
Cally is especially passionate about running, with a track record of 23 (ultra)marathons. Humble to learn from each individual and surrounding himself with top level sport physiotherapists, trainers and athletes.
